2.4.1 Bypass Blocks (level A)
There has to be a way to skip past blocks of content that repeat across pages.
How it shows up in Confluence
Confluence provides the page furniture, so most of this criterion is Atlassian's responsibility. What lands on the author is embedded content: an unlabelled frame is a block a keyboard user has to enter to find out what it is.
What to do about it
Give embeds a title, or introduce them with a line of text saying what they contain.
What Clearwren checks for this criterion
- Embedded content has no accessible name — Embedded frames are announced by their title; without one, a screen-reader user hears only "frame".
