2.4.1 Bypass Blocks (level A)
There has to be a way to skip past blocks of content that repeat across pages.
How it shows up in Confluence
The blocks this criterion is about are the ones repeated on every page: the navigation, the header, the sidebar. In Confluence those are Atlassian's interface, not the content your team writes, so meeting 2.4.1 is Atlassian's part of the job.
What Clearwren checks
Nothing under this criterion. An embed without a title inside one page is not a repeated block, so Clearwren reports it under 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value instead. Until 14 October 2026 that check was also listed under 2.4.1; it was removed to stay within the wording of the standard.
