The agreement
Clearwren apps are distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Purchase, billing, renewal, refunds and cancellation are governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and your agreement with Atlassian. These terms cover the app itself.
Licence
While your subscription is active you may install and use the app on the Atlassian site it was licensed for, for your own internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it.
What the app is, and is not
Clearwren for Confluence performs automated checks against a subset of the WCAG 2.2 success criteria. Automated checking cannot establish conformance on its own: criteria that depend on meaning, context or human judgement are reported for review rather than decided. Reports produced by the app describe what was checked and what was found. They are not a legal certification, an accessibility audit by a qualified auditor, or legal advice.
Changes to the app
Checks are added, refined and occasionally corrected. A correction may change scores for content that has not itself changed. Material changes to how scoring works will be noted in the app's release notes.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearwren is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may uninstall at any time. Uninstalling removes the app's stored data. We may terminate for non-payment or for use that breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
